Services & Payment
· Dr. Jagiellowicz provides temperament advising services. Temperament advising helps highly sensitive clients deal with present-day life issues and plan for the future in a way that is consistent with their highly sensitive temperament.
·Fees are due prior to the session.
·E-transfer payments or PayPal payments are accepted
· If you miss a payment, you will be unable to book another session until payment is received.
Sessions
Sessions run for 50 min and are offered weekly.
In order to accommodate other clients, please give 24 hours notice if you need to cancel. Missed sessions without 24 hr notice will be charged at full fee.
Confidentiality
The following procedures will be followed in an effort to keep your personal information confidential: All notes from the session will be kept in a secured location. Material may be disclosed if required by law. This means that there may be rare situations that require me to release personal information about you, e.g., in case a judge requires such release in a lawsuit or if you tell me of your intent to harm yourself or others (including reporting behaviours consistent with child abuse)
Insurance
• Although I am not covered by government health insurance, please check with your employer, as certain employee health plans will cover my services.
